We are an authorized partner of Everything DiSC® profiling tools, which form the basis of all of our development conversations and is a credible model that has been researched and analysed for over 40 years. 

The DiSC profiling tools allow us to measure an individual’s behavioural communication tendencies in natural, and challenging situations and environments against four basic behavioural styles:

D: Dominance

i: Influence

S: Steadiness

C: Conscientiousness

When using DiSC we have the opportunity to dive deep into a range of specific topics including:

  • Personal Effectiveness profile

  • Productive Conflict

  • Sales effectiveness

CliftonStrengths Assessment is grounded in Gallup’s 40-year study of human strengths. The assessment measures your talents – your natural patterns of thinking, feeling and behaving and categorises them into 34 CliftonStrengths themes.

Results focus on a person’s dominant strengths, which research shows is where we make the greatest personal improvement rather than focusing trying to change our weakest points.

360 Degree profiling can play a significant role in coaching because it is a fast and effective way of building self-awareness. These include:

  • RedKite’s 360 Leadership Profiling Tool: feedback is analysed and reported against PERSONAL, INTERPERSONAL AND ORGANISATIONAL skills and behaviours. It measures core competences aligned to Emotional Intelligence.

  • Everything DiSC® 363™ Profiling Tool:  Feedback is presented against EIGHT approaches to effective leadership; PIONEERING, ENERGISING, AFFIRMING, INCLUSIVE, HUMBLE, DELIBERATE, RESOLUTE, COMMANDING. We explore your leadership core strengths and create personalised strategies for improving leadership effectiveness.

We use a range of Emotional Intelligence (EQ) profiling tools to support you in flexing your capability as a leader of yourself and others. These include:

  • Everything DiSC® Agile EQTM  - highlighting eight different Agile EQ mindsets you can call on to guide your interactions: DYNAMIC, OUTGOING, EMPATHISING, RECEPTIVE, COMPOSED, OBJECTIVE, RESOLUTE, SELF-ASSURED. The feedback supports you in understanding the EQ mindsets that come naturally to you and how to stretch to those beyond your comfort zone.

  • EQ-i2.0 Workplace Profile - highlighting five core EQ areas of SELF-PERCEPTION: SELF-EXPRESSION: INTERPERSONAL: DECISION MAKING: STRESS MANAGEMENT. The feedback explores your scores against each of the five areas and we unpack; what the score means, the impact at work, strategies for action and how to balance your EI.
