Our GRADUATE GROWTH PROGRAMME supports the successful TRANSITION and ON-BOARDING of graduates by equipping them with the mindset, resilience and core skills to thrive in the world of work…

What you will gain

We also believe that the success of the transition is greatly influenced by the graduate’s line manager, so we welcome the opportunity to engage with managers to equip them with the mindset and skills to support and lead graduates through their transition.

A Typical Format Includes…

  • Six HIGH IMPACT, high PARTICIPATION modules based on industry recognised personal leadership and effectiveness models and theories, that are put into practice within and between each session

  • Clear personal ACTION PLANS to implement back in the workplace

  • Action Learning Groups in-between modules to facilitate REFLECTIONS of personal practice and APPLICATION and the sharing of insights, challenges and SOLUTIONS

  • One-to-one Transition Coaching providing a space for each Graduate to:

    • Have a CONFIDENTIAL ‘sounding board’

    • Strengthen their Personal Effectiveness skills including personal RESILIENCE, SELF AWARENESS, SELF MANAGEMENT and ability to INFLUENCE others

    • Identify and navigate organisational POLITICS including pro-actively managing key stakeholders

    • Hear and UNDERSTAND a different perspective

  • On-line support programme to inspire participants to APPLY and INTEGRATE their learning through reflective questions, recommended practice and additional resources
