We are an authorized partner of Everything DiSC®. This includes an Everything DiSC® Workplace Profile which explores many facets of effective teamworking, including:

  • Discovering each team member’s individual DiSC Style. The feedback highlights team member’s behavioural tendencies against four basic behavioural styles:

    D: Dominance)
    i: Influence
    S: Steadiness
    C: Conscientiousness

  • Learning about other’s DiSC styles so individuals can understand and adapt to other’s priorities/styles more effectively

  • Exploring how to connect better with other Styles – how to respond effectively when conflict arises

  • Designing and implementing a robust action plans for both individuals and the team to create great results

Everything DiSC® Group Culture Profile supports teams to understand the priorities, needs, goals, fears, emotions, and behaviours within the team culture. 

Team culture has a large impact on the behaviour, attitudes, and satisfaction of each team member - people who fit into the culture often feel right at home within the group while other people might feel like they are on the outside.

We use the  Everything DiSC® Group Culture Profile to explore:

  • Which style describes the group as a whole, the strengths, disadvantages and issues to consider

  • The benefits and challenges for each of the styles working in the Group Culture – agreeing the issues and the actions

  • Designing and implementing a robust action plans for both individuals and the team to create great results

We work with Patrick Lencioni’s model - Five Behaviours - to improve team effectiveness and productivity by exploring and understanding the Five Behaviours:

  1. Trust

  2. Conflict

  3. Commitment

  4. Accountability

  5. Results

The team assessment creates a team dashboard of scores against the Five Behaviours which we use to facilitate team discussions around how they want to develop these behaviours through better communication, collaboration and teamwork.

Systemic Team Coaching is our most rigorous team development approach which facilitates an in-depth inquiry to identify and clarify the perspectives of key stakeholders, both inside and outside the team.

We do this by interviewing the core stakeholders to build a full picture of who the team is there to ‘serve’ and to identify what ‘future needs’ they have of the team.

This inquiry informs the themes, actions and shifts to achieve great results.

Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) is a flexible framework that explores the team’s styles to foster openness and trust and to create a picture around the many facets of the team, including:

  • The team's personality type

  • Strengths and potential blind spots

  • Problem-solving style - team and the individual 

  • Communication style - team and the individual 

  • Conflict style - team and the individual

  • Similarity/diversity amongst the team's styles
