She is a highly experienced senior HR professional, expert in all aspects of workplace disputes and investigations ranging from performance management and compensation, to reorganisations and strategic disagreements including behavioural issues.

Noelle supports diverse organisations and is currently working with the NHS on a 3-part applied learning programme on mediation skills for HR and line managers.

She is passionate about assessing each workplace challenge/dispute from multiple perspectives, understanding key individuals’ needs and reality testing self-created solutions to ensure lasting commitment.
